WIA080 - Upcoming interest rate reset

2 September 2026 WIA080 – Interest Rate Reset for Bonds This information is in relation to Wellington International Airport Limited’s NZ$125,000,000 unsecured, unsubordinated fixed rate bonds, listed under ticker WIA080. These bonds have a 10-year term, maturing on 24 September 2031. Under the terms of the bonds, the interest rate is due to be reset on 24 September 2026 for the second period, being a five-year period (from 24 September 2026 to 24 September 2031). The reset interest rate will be set at the sum of: • the five-year swap rate at or about 11am on 24 September 2026, plus • a margin of 1.50% per annum. The reset interest rate will be announced by Wellington International Airport via the NZX on or shortly after the reset date.
