Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Wednesday, 02 September 2026 Subject: Wellington International Airport Limited (“WIA080”) bonds – Trading Halt Message: NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, further to the announcement released by Wellington International Airport Limited (“WIA”) on Wednesday, 02 September 2026, WIA will re-set the interest rate for its bonds (“WIA080”) on the Reset Date of Thursday, 24 September 2026. To update the reset date in NZX systems, NZXO will place an operational trading halt on WIA080 from market close on Thursday, 10 September 2026. The operational trading halt will be lifted at close of business on Thursday, 24 September 2026. A timetable is attached.
