Appointment of Board Chair & Audit and Risk Committee Chair

The Board of Quayside Holdings Limited wishes to announce that Michael Allen has been appointed Chair of the Board and Danielle Auld has been appointed Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, effective 1 October 2026. The Board acknowledges the significant contribution of Mark Wynne and Keiran Horne through their leadership of the Board and Audit and Risk Committee respectively, and thanks them for their valuable contribution to the governance of Quayside.
