LOC On-Market Share Buyback - Capital Change Notice

Locate Technologies Limited (NZX: LOC) advises that on 3 September 2026 it acquired 20,204 ordinary shares on-market under its share buy-back programme announced on 20 April 2026. The shares were acquired for total cash consideration of $1,010.20 ($0.0500 per share) and will be cancelled. Following the cancellation of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares on issue will be 308,334,099. A Capital Change Notice is attached.
