NZX MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT Enprise Group Limited (NZX: ENS) Monday 7th September 2026 Change in Director Status — Ronnie Baskind Enprise Group Limited ("Enprise" or "the Company") refers to its announcement dated 30 July 2026 regarding the departure of Ronnie Baskind as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. The Company confirms that Mr Baskind's employment with the Company will end on Friday, 4 September 2026. Mr Baskind will continue as a director of the Company, but his status on the Board will change from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director, effective Monday, 7 September 2026. This is an administrative update to the Company's director disclosures and does not reflect any change to the leadership transition arrangements previously announced, including the appointment of Grant Harwood as Interim CEO and the oversight of the Transition Committee.
