Bremworth Director Resignations

Bremworth Limited (NZX:BRW) announces that independent directors Trevor Burt, Julie Bohnenn and Murray Dyer have tendered their resignation from the Board of Bremworth, effective immediately following the approval and publication of Bremworth's FY26 annual report (expected to be late September). The resigning directors have advised that, having considered recent developments, they believe it is appropriate to step down and allow the Board to transition for Bremworth's next phase. Chair Rob Hewett will remain on the Board to provide continuity through this period. Mr Hewett acknowledged the contributions of the departing directors. “On behalf of Bremworth, I want to thank Trevor, Julie and Murray for the considerable time, energy and commitment they have given to the Company. “I particularly want to acknowledge the professionalism and integrity they have brought to the Board during a period of complex and difficult decisions.
