Amended: BNZ fixed rate notes offer closes

Exchange announcement 10 September 2026 BNZ fixed rate notes offer closes This announcement has been amended due to the PDF document being locked in the previous announcement. There are no other changes to this announcement. Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) confirmed today that the issue size for its offer of a new series of unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate notes (Notes) maturing on Thursday 18 September 2031 has been set at NZ$1.25 billion. The margin for the Notes has been set at 0.68% per annum. All of the Notes have been allocated to intermediaries for distribution to their clients. The Notes will be issued on Friday 18 September 2026. The Notes are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code BNZ210.
