Fitch credit rating outlook change

Exchange announcement 11 September 2026 Fitch credit rating outlook change Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) notes that Fitch Ratings (Fitch) has revised the outlook for BNZ’s Long-Term Issuer Default Rating to ‘Positive’ from ‘Stable’. Fitch has affirmed BNZ’s ‘A+’ Long-Term and ‘F1’ Short-Term Issuer Default Ratings. Ratings on securities issued by BNZ remain unchanged.
