Winton - Chris Meehan resigns as Director

The Board of Winton Land Limited (Winton) advises that it has accepted the resignation of Chris Meehan as a director of Winton, effective 14th September. Winton Chair Michael Stiassny acknowledged Mr Meehan’s decision to step back from the Board. "Chris has made a significant contribution to Winton over many years. His decision to step down from the Board allows us to focus on business without distraction. “The Board is now fully focused on stabilising the business and restoring stakeholder confidence through strengthened governance and operational reforms. We must deliver on these commitments in order to maximise value for all shareholders," he said. Winton will provide market updates on executive appointments in due course. Ends
