Amended FY26 Annual Report and Presentation

Blackpearl Group Limited (NZX/ASX: BPG) attaches amended versions of its FY26 Annual Report and Investor Presentation, released to the market on 28 May 2026. The summary balance sheet on page 24 of the Annual Report and page 16 of the Investor Presentation referred to Net Tangible Assets. The correct reference is Net Assets. The figures have been amended accordingly. The FY26 figure for equity attributable to owners on the summary balance sheet on page 24 of the Annual Report was incorrectly stated as NZ$17,398 (000) and has been corrected to NZ$17,930 (000). The audited financial statements and the FY26 results announcement, including net tangible assets per share and equity attributable to owners, were correctly stated and are unchanged.
