Winton - Executive Resignation Pursuant to Listing Rule 3.20.1(a) Winton Land Limited (Winton) advises that Justine Hollows has resigned from her role as General Manager Corporate Services, effective today, 15th September 2026. The Board acknowledges Justine Hollows’ contributions and wishes her well in her future endeavours. The Company will commence an external search for a new General Manager Corporate Services, and will update the market once that process is complete. Ends
