Foley Wines Limited (FWL) Director Retirement

14 September 2026 Foley Wines Limited (FWL) Director Retirement Chief Executive Officer, Mr Mike Higgins, announced today that director, Tony Anselmi, who has served on the Board for 14 years since being appointed to the Board in September 2012, has decided to retire from the Foley Wines’ Board at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in November 2026 and will not seek re-election. Tony has invested with Bill Foley in Foley Wines’ majority shareholder Foley Holdings New Zealand Limited since 2009. Mr Anselmi said on his retirement, he is extremely grateful to Bill Foley for inviting him to invest, when he purchased the Vavasour Winery in Marlborough. Since then, Foley Wines has grown to five wineries covering most of New Zealand’s wine regions and exporting premium wines around the world. Tony believes the success of the company is in its dedicated, highly skilled people working together for a common cause and is sure the company has a great future and wishes it every success. Chair of Foley Wines Paul Brock thanked Tony for his significant contribution as a director over the many years that he has been involved with Foley Wines and wished him well in his retirement. Mr Brock advised that FWL will take this opportunity to review the composition of its Board and will provide an update once decisions have been made, which will be post the Annual Meeting.
