DRP Strike Price – HY26 dividend

Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited (NZX: CHI; ASX: CHI) advises that the Strike Price used to calculate entitlements under the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) in respect of the 2026 half year ordinary dividend has been set at NZ$3.4012 per share. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the DRP, the Strike Price is the volume weighted average sale price in New Zealand dollars (expressed in cents and fractions of cents) for an ordinary share in Channel Infrastructure calculated on all price setting trades of shares that took place through the NZX Main Board over a period of five trading days starting on Tuesday 8 September 2026, less a 1% discount. Channel Infrastructure’s 2026 half year ordinary dividend is payable on Thursday 24 September 2026, and shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP will receive new Channel Infrastructure shares instead of a cash dividend in respect of their participating shares in the DRP.
