New director and chair

RTO Limited (NZX: RTO) advises the appointment of Hao (Howard) Long as an additional independent director, with effect from 15 September 2026. Mr Long will also serve as Chair of the RTO Audit, Finance and Risk Committee. The Board has determined that Mr Long is an independent director for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules, including the non-exhaustive factors at Recommendation 2.4 of the NZX Corporate Governance Code and having regard to a declaration provided by Mr Long. The Board also advises that James Law has been elected as Non-executive Chair of RTO, following the retirement of Sean Joyce on 15 September 2026.
