Auckland, NZ - [17 September 2026] – Scott Technology (NZX:SCT) expanded its Materials Handling & Logistics (MHL) automation portfolio with the launch of NexPAL 200HL end-of-line palletiser, as the company continues to execute its Destination 2030 growth strategy through increased R&D investment in scalable, market-led technologies. The new palletiser was developed in response to customer demand, particularly across Europe and the US East Coast, for greater production capacity within increasingly constrained manufacturing footprints. The NexPAL 200HL palletises 35+ cases per minute across a broad range of applications while occupying a footprint 25% smaller than comparable palletising solutions. The product has already secured its first commercial contract, with four NexPAL 200HL systems to be delivered to a major poultry processor in Georgia, United States. The systems form part of the multimillion-dollar Materials Handling contracts previously announced by Scott 9 June 2026 and do not represent incremental revenue to that announcement. “Under the Leading-Edge Technology enabler of Destination 2030, we have introduced an Innovation Framework that is changing how we direct innovation across Scott. We are using deeper market analysis, industry bellwethers and direct customer insight to focus our R&D on technologies that solve clearly defined operational constraints and have the potential to scale across customers, sectors and geographies,” said Mike Christman, CEO of Scott Technology. “The NexPAL 200HL is a good example of that market-led approach in practice. Across several of our target MHL markets, manufacturers need to increase throughput but are constrained by available floorspace. We have developed a solution addressing need, and importantly, we are entering the market with our first deployment already secured in North America.” The launch expands Scott’s integrated MHL portfolio, which includes palletising and conveying systems, NexBOT automated guided vehicles and the MAESTRO+ software control platform. As Scott grows its global installed base, these technologies also create additional opportunities for Lifecycle Services, including ongoing service, parts, upgrades and optimisation. Growing recurring service revenue and deepening key-account relationships are key elements of Destination 2030. Destination 2030 targets NZ$530 million in annual Group revenue and a 14% EBITDA margin by FY30, supported by organic growth, increased Lifecycle Services penetration, disciplined investment in innovation and greater operating leverage as Scott scales. The NexPAL 200HL is now commercially available across Scott’s global markets. Learn more about the NexPAL 200HL at: https://scottautomation.com/en-gb/nexpal-200hl ENDS
