EROAD to share operational and strategic update in November
AUCKLAND, 17 September 2026: EROAD Limited (NZX/ASX: ERD) today announced that it will provide a combined investor update alongside its half-year FY27 results and investor briefing in November 2026. At EROAD's Annual Shareholders' Meeting in June, the company committed to providing an operational update during the first half of FY27. Following discussions with shareholders since the meeting, a majority of investors contacted indicated they were receptive to receiving a broader update that brings together EROAD's financial performance, leadership transition progress, strategic priorities and operational execution in a single forum. As a result, EROAD will incorporate the operational update into its November half-year results presentation. The November briefing is expected to cover H1 FY27 financial performance and progress against EROAD's transformation programme. EROAD Executive Chair John Scott said the combined format would provide investors with a more complete view of the company's progress. "Investors will derive greater value from a comprehensive update that brings together our financial performance, strategic progress, leadership transition and operational execution." "We continue to make progress against our priorities and look forward to providing a thorough update in November." In the meantime, EROAD's management team remains available for investor meetings and engagement. Further details regarding EROAD's H1 FY27 results announcement and investor presentation will be provided closer to the release date.
