ME TODAY SERIES 1 WARRANTS (MEEWA) OPEN FOR EXERCISE ON 1 OCTOBER 2026 • 47,261,238 Series 1 Warrants (NZX: MEEWA) are exercisable from 1 October 2026 to 5.00pm on 30 October 2026 at an exercise price of NZ$0.06 per share • Me Today shares are currently trading above the exercise price • Entities associated with founding shareholders Grant Baker and Stephen Sinclair have provided irrevocable commitments to exercise a minimum of 26,455,554 Series 1 Warrants, securing a minimum of NZ$1.59m of new capital • Warrant holders have the choice to exercise, sell or transfer their Series 1 Warrants on the NZX Main Board, or allow them to lapse Me Today Limited (NZX: MEE) advises that it has today written to holders of its Series 1 Warrants (NZX: MEEWA) regarding the upcoming exercise period. SERIES 1 WARRANT EXERCISE Me Today has 47,261,238 Series 1 (October 2026) Warrants on issue, which will be exercisable from 1 October 2026. The exercise price of the Series 1 Warrants is NZ$0.06 per share. The Company's shares are currently trading above the exercise price, meaning the warrants are “in the money”. Warrant holders needing help deciding what to do should speak with their financial adviser or NZX adviser firm. The Series 1 Warrant exercise period starts on 1 October 2026 and ends at 5.00pm on 30 October 2026. Warrant holders have the following choices: • Exercise some or all of their Series 1 Warrants from 1 October 2026 up until 5.00pm on 30 October 2026 at the exercise price of NZ$0.06. Series 1 Warrants exercised by 5.00pm on 30 October 2026 will be allotted as new shares on 6 November 2026. • Sell or transfer their Series 1 Warrants on the NZX Main Board until 5.00pm on 27 October 2026. • Elect not to exercise any Series 1 Warrants and allow them to lapse. Any Series 1 Warrants not exercised by 5.00pm on 30 October 2026 will lapse and all rights relating to those Series 1 Warrants will expire. HOW TO EXERCISE Warrant holders wishing to exercise some or all of their Series 1 Warrants should visit www.warrants.co.nz/metoday and complete the online Exercise Form (available from 9.00am on 1 October 2026), and pay the exercise price in accordance with the payment instructions set out on the website. Warrant holders requiring assistance with completing an application online should contact the Company's registrar, Computershare, by email at metoday@computershare.co.nz or by phone on 0800 650 034. WARRANT EXERCISE COMMITMENTS As previously advised, entities associated with Chairman Grant Baker and CEO Stephen Sinclair have provided irrevocable commitments to exercise a minimum of 26,455,554 Series 1 Warrants between them, securing the Company a minimum of NZ$1.59m of new capital in October 2026. This reflects the ongoing confidence of the Company's founding shareholders in the Me Today brand and provides certainty of funding to continue investing in product development, marketing and international growth.
