Fletcher Building invites noteholders to the 2026 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Fletcher Building Limited on Wednesday, 21 October 2026 at 10.30am NZT. The meeting will be held at the Maritime Room, Princes Wharf, Auckland CBD, New Zealand and online via the Computershare Meeting Platform. For information on how to attend the meeting online, please refer to the attached Notice of Meeting. Noteholders are welcome to attend the meeting; however, only shareholders or their proxies or (in the case of corporate shareholders) representatives are entitled to vote on the resolutions as outlined in the attached Notice of Meeting. Noteholders will not be entitled to vote on the resolutions.
