Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Monday, 21 September 2026 Subject: Me Today Limited Warrants (“MEEWA”) – Final Exercise Date Message: Following the announcement by Me Today Limited (“MEE”) on Friday, 18 September 2026, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for the Me Today Limited warrants (“MEEWA”) is Friday, 30 October 2026. Any MEEWA warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Friday, 30 October 2026 will lapse and all rights in regard to them will expire. The final day of trading in MEEWA will be Tuesday, 27 October 2026 prior to the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.
