Exemption Notice: New Zealand Climate-Related Disclosures

Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX: MHJ) (MHJ or Company) advises that under New Zealand's Financial Markets Conduct (Climate-related Disclosures for Overseas Climate Reporting Entities) Exemption Notice 2026 (Notice), the Company is an exempt entity under the Notice and relies on the exemption in clause 6 of the Notice for the accounting period ended 28 June 2026. The effect of the exemption is that the Company is not required to prepare climate statements under the New Zealand climate-related disclosure regime for FY26.
