24 September 2026 WIA080 – Interest Rate Reset for Bonds This information is in relation to Wellington International Airport Limited’s NZ$125,000,000 unsecured, unsubordinated fixed rate bonds, listed under ticker WIA080. These bonds have a 10-year term, maturing on 24 September 2031. Wellington International Airport advises that the interest rate for the bonds for the second period, being a five-year period (from 24 September 2026 to 24 September 2031) is 5.95% per annum. This has been calculated based on the five-year swap rate on 24 September 2026, plus a margin of 1.50% per annum.
