24 September 2026 METLIFECARE LIMITED BOND OFFER – BOOKS CLOSED Following a successful bookbuild for its offer of secured, unsubordinated, 6 year fixed rate sustainability bonds (Bonds), Metlifecare Limited (NZX: MET) (Metlifecare) has confirmed today that the offer has closed and $150 million of Bonds have been allocated to the participants (or their clients) involved in the bookbuild process. This includes oversubscriptions of $50 million. There was no public pool for the offer. The issue margin for the Bonds has been set at 1.75% per annum and the interest rate will be announced later today along with the release of the final terms sheet. The bookbuild saw strong demand across both retail and institutional investors, with total demand of over $400 million at the issue margin of 1.75%, representing approximately 2.7 times coverage of the offer size (inclusive of oversubscriptions).
