Metlifecare Bond Offer - Interest Rate Set
24 September 2026 METLIFECARE LIMITED BOND OFFER – INTEREST RATE SET Metlifecare Limited (NZX: MET) (Metlifecare) today confirmed that, following a successful bookbuild for its offer of secured, unsubordinated, 6 year fixed rate sustainability bonds (Bonds), $150 million of Bonds have been allocated to the participants (or their clients) involved in the bookbuild process. There was no public pool for the offer. The interest rate for the Bonds has been set at 6.27% per annum. This reflects an issue margin of 1.75% per annum over the swap rate. The Bonds will be issued on 30 September 2026 and will mature on 30 September 2032. The Bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code MET020 and commence trading on 1 October 2026.
