Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date:Friday, 25 September 2026 Subject: Kiwibank Limited Perpetual Preference Shares (“KWBHA”) – Early Call Message: NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, further to the announcement released by Kiwibank Limited (“KWB”) on Thursday, 24 September 2026, KWB will exercise its right to fully redeem the perpetual preference shares which are quoted on the NZX Debt Market under ticker code KWBHA (“KWBHA PPS”). KWB will redeem all KWBHA PPS on Monday, 2 November 2026, subject to the conditions set out in the terms of the KWBHA PPS. The final day of trading in KWBHA PPS will be Wednesday, 21 October 2026, with KWBHA PPS being suspended at close of business. A timetable of events is attached.
