Paul Reid joins Chorus Board

STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT 28 September 2026 Paul Reid joins Chorus Board Chorus has today announced that Paul Reid will join the Chorus board from 1 October 2026. Paul is an experienced governance leader with over 30 years’ executive and board-level experience across listed companies, private equity, venture-backed businesses, and State-Owned Enterprises. Chorus Chairman Mark Cross said Paul brings broad strategic and governance experience as well as a strong commercial growth mindset and an excellent understanding of technology and innovation. “The Chorus Board warmly welcomes Paul and believes his future focused and growth-oriented approach will be directly relevant to helping Chorus evolve and grow as an all-fibre digital infrastructure business. Paul’s appointment is part of our ongoing succession process with the retirement of Jack Matthews,” he said.
