NZX/ASX release 30 September 2026 Heartland 2026 Special Shareholder Meeting The Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) Special Shareholder Meeting (Special Meeting) in relation to Heartland’s proposal to acquire all of the shares in TSB Bank Limited (TSB) from Toi Foundation and subsequently merge Heartland Bank Limited and TSB (the Proposed Transaction) will be held online today at https://meetings.mpms.mufg.com/hghsm26 and in person at Eden Park, Auckland, New Zealand, commencing at 3pm (New Zealand time). Shareholders joining the online meeting will require their shareholder number for verification purposes.
