2026 Annual Report
Christchurch City Holdings Ltd (CCHL) (NZX:CCH) has released its 2026 Annual Report, incorporating its 2026 Sustainable Finance Report, in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 3.6.1. This announcement follows CCHL’s full year results announcement on 28 August 2026. CCHL manages a portfolio of investments on behalf of the Christchurch City Council and the ratepayers of Christchurch. The CCHL Group includes six trading subsidiaries that own and operate essential infrastructure assets and services across Christchurch and Canterbury being Orion New Zealand Limited (Orion), Christchurch International Airport Limited (CIAL), Lyttelton Port Company Limited (LPC), Enable Networks Limited (Enable), City Care Limited (Citycare) and EcoCentral Limited. The Group delivered a solid result for the FY26 financial year: • Group EBITDA $581 million (FY25: $506 million) • Group Net Profit After Tax $201 million (FY25: $206 million) • Normalised Group NPAT (normalised for non-cash after-tax impairment and revaluation movements relating to goodwill and property, plant and equipment assets) $208 million (FY25: $159 million) • Group Assets $6.7 billion (FY25: $6.3 billion) • $65 million cash dividend (FY25: $55 million) CIAL has delivered another year of strong results, with airport operations performing well, supported by increased passenger numbers, alongside an expanded property and freight platform. Orion produced a higher result on the prior year driven by a steady performance including higher regulatory revenue under the current default price-quality path (DPP4). LPC year-on-year performance improved, with steady container throughput, higher bulk trade volumes, and improved operational performance. Enable and Citycare results are largely consistent with the prior year, in line with expectations with a continued focus on creating value for customers.
