NZX/ASX Announcement 2 October 2026 Resignation of CEO, Martin Dillon TruScreen Group Limited (NZX/ASX: TRU), (“TruScreen” or “the Company”), a global leader in AI-enabled cervical cancer screening, advises that for personal reasons, Martin Dillon, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), has resigned from the Company with effect from 31 October 2026. Tony Ho, Non-Executive Independent Chairman, will assume the responsibilities of Executive chairman and Interim CEO while the Company undertakes a recruitment process for a new Chief Executive Officer. The Board is confident that TruScreen’s executive team will continue to manage the Company’s operations and strategic priorities during the transition period. Mr Dillon will remain a consultant to the Company to provide support following his departure, if required. Commenting on the announcement, Mr Ho said: “On behalf of the Board, I thank Martin for his significant contribution to TruScreen over many years, particularly in the past year, the opening of new markets in Central Asia, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Thailand and greater Africa. We respect his decision and recognise that his personal wellbeing is important. Stakeholders would be aware that Martin lost his spouse in June 2026.
