Director to retire at 2026 Annual Meeting

6 October 2026 NZX | ASX | MEDIA RELEASE TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) DIRECTOR TO RETIRE AT 2026 ANNUAL MEETING Tourism Holdings Limited (NZX:THL, ASX:THL, “thl” or “the Company”) advises that Independent Director Sophie Mitchell has informed the Board that she does not intend to stand for re-election at thl’s 2026 Annual Meeting, to be held on 6 November 2026. The Board extends its thanks for Sophie’s significant contribution to thl and, before that, Apollo Tourism & Leisure Ltd over the past decade. Sophie joined the Apollo Board in 2016 and served as Chair of Apollo prior to its merger with thl, helping guide the company through a period of significant growth, including its IPO. Since joining the thl Board in November 2022, Sophie has made a valuable contribution to thl’s governance, including as the Chair of thl’s Remuneration Committee since 2023. Sophie will remain a Director until the conclusion of the 2026 Annual Meeting.
