CEO appointment: Susie Watts

Solution Dynamics Limited (“SDL”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Susie Watts from Acting CEO to SDL’s CEO role on a permanent basis. Susie was the Company’s CFO from late 2021 until she was appointed Acting CEO at the start of 2026. Susie has experience as a senior executive in the IT and software sectors, with a track record of driving growth for technology companies ranging from early-stage start-ups to global enterprises. Susie has financial governance expertise and, with a track record in Board governance, is positioned to execute the company’s long-term strategy to deliver sustainable growth and value to shareholders. Susie has managed upgrades to a range of SDL systems and processes, as well as overseeing both the restructure of the New Zealand operations in 2025 and the successful launch and ongoing development and marketing of nGAGE this year. In addition to a base salary, Susie will be eligible for a short-term incentive based on the achievement of targets agreed with the Board.
