Operational Update - Q2 FY27

Promisia Healthcare Limited (Promisia) (NZX: PHL) has today released its Q2 FY27 Operational Update for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. Please refer to the attached PDF for full details. Key highlights include: Occupancy performance: Group care occupancy averaged 96% for September 2026, consistent with the June quarter-end and remaining above Promisia's minimum 95% occupancy target. Performance across the Feilding homes remained particularly strong, with Ranfurly Manor averaging 99% occupancy and Nelson Street reaching 100%. In Christchurch, Aldwins House maintained its strong performance at 97%, reflecting the sustained turnaround achieved over the past year. Chatswood acquisition and website refresh: Promisia completed the acquisition of Chatswood Retirement Village in Christchurch on 1 October 2026, expanding the Group to six communities. Integration is progressing well, and Chatswood will be included in Group occupancy reporting from the December quarter. Promisia has also refreshed its website to better reflect its growing portfolio and regional cluster strategy, with communities grouped across Feilding, Christchurch and Cromwell. Promisia Beyond: Promisia's new resident travel initiative was a highlight of the quarter, with residents from Ranfurly Manor, Golden View and Ripponburn travelling together to Northland. The successful trip brought residents from across the Group together and created new opportunities for connection and shared experiences. Outlook: Promisia reaffirms its FY27 guidance for underlying EBITDAF of at least $8.0 million, based on the existing portfolio and excluding Chatswood. Promisia will release its HY27 interim results in mid-November 2026, providing further detail on first-half performance and updated FY27 earnings guidance incorporating Chatswood from 1 October 2026.
