Substantial product holder and director disclosure notices

Being AI Limited (NZX: BAI) has received substantial product holder disclosure notices, and director disclosure notices, following registration of transfers of share gifts made by 2061 LP as part of the corporate restructure announced on 2 October 2026. Registered shareholders, including Sharesies members, at 5pm on 2 October 2026 received 3,000 gifted shares and further shares were allocated in lieu of director fees and to those persons that invested in BAI's September 2024 share purchase plan.
