Dates for Director nominations, FY26 results, ASM

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Sanford advises that the closing date for Director nominations is Thursday, 05 November 2026. Any nominations must be received by 1700 (NZDT) on that date. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder who will be entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting. Any nominations should be emailed to palston@sanford.co.nz and titled “Sanford 2026 Director nominations.” Sanford expects to announce its full year results and publish its annual report for the year ended 30 September 2026, on Tuesday, 17 November 2026. Sanford’s 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at the Royal Akarana Yacht Club, 8-10 Tamaki Drive, Okahu Bay, Auckland, at 1400 (NZDT) on Wednesday, 16 December 2026.
