TradeWindow secures Lactalis as a Prodoc customer

MARKET RELEASE 22 October 2026 TradeWindow secures Lactalis as a Prodoc customer TradeWindow Holdings Limited (TradeWindow) is pleased to announce it has signed a 12-month agreement with Lactalis to provide its Prodoc export documentation software across both Lactalis' Australian and New Zealand export operations. Lactalis, one of the world’s largest dairy groups, acquired Fonterra's global consumer and associated businesses, Mainland Group, in March 2026. The business exports dairy products to markets around the world, and its operations involve high volumes of complex export documentation and regulatory compliance. Prodoc is the export documentation software used by the majority of New Zealand's leading exporters. It is also gaining traction in Australia, where TradeWindow serves leading players in the Australian seafood sector. The contract reinforces TradeWindow's focus on larger enterprise shippers and growth in Australia, its fastest-growing region. Australian revenue grew 34% to NZ$4.1 million in FY26, representing 43% of Group trading revenue. In Q1 FY27, shipper average revenue per customer increased 20% year on-year to NZ$36,447 and Group Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) rose 17% to NZ$10.4 million.
