Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Thursday, 22 October 2026 Subject: Trade Window Holdings Limited (“TWL”) – Trading Halt of Securities Message: NZ RegCo has exercised its discretion to apply a trading halt to Trade Window Holdings Limited (“TWL”). The trading halt was put in place pre-market open today. The trading halt has been applied while NZ RegCo discusses with TWL the market announcement while it discusses the market announcement released at 8.31am today titled “TradeWindow secures Lactalis as a Prodoc customer”. The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of: 1. an announcement from TWL in relation to the announcement; and 2. market open on Tuesday, 27 October 2026.
