MARKET RELEASE 22 October 2026 TradeWindow clarifies statement on Lactalis TradeWindow Holdings Limited wishes to clarify its statement on its agreement with Lactalis to provide its Prodoc export documentation software across both Lactalis' Australian and New Zealand export operations. In a statement issued this morning TradeWindow noted the contract was of significant value to the company. TradeWindow notes the significance of the contract is its strategic value rather than its monetary value, which is below the threshold that would qualify it as material in terms of the NZX listing rules. Lactalis, one of the world’s largest dairy groups, acquired Fonterra's global consumer and associated businesses, Mainland Group, in March 2026.
