AIA - Shareholder poll results for Auckland Airport

Market Release | 22 October 2026 Shareholder poll results for Auckland Airport The annual meeting of shareholders of Auckland International Airport Limited was held in Auckland and online today. All resolutions put to the meeting were passed by shareholders. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: • That Sean Donohue be elected as a Director (supported by the Board). • That Julia Hoare be re-elected as a Director (supported by the Board). • To authorise directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditors for the ensuring year. Details of the total number of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are in the attached PDF. Note to media: These results of the shareholder polls taken at the 2026 Auckland Airport annual meeting have been counted by MUFG Pension & Market Services. As at the commencement of the meeting, Auckland International Airport Limited had 1,704,603,694 shares on issue.
