Vista Group appoints Rob Hamilton as Independent Director Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX: VGL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Hamilton as an Independent Director with effect from 9 November 2026. Rob Hamilton is an experienced business leader and director and an experienced chair of audit and risk committees. Rob is a non-executive director of Mercury NZ, Westpac New Zealand, Oceania Healthcare, Tourism Holdings and Cyprus Enterprises. Rob has over 30 years’ experience in corporate finance and capital markets, including as a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Jarden (previously First NZ Capital), and as Chief Financial Officer for SkyCity Entertainment Group. Rob Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland. The Board has determined that Rob will be an Independent Director for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules.
