Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Friday, 30 October 2026 Subject: Precinct Properties NZ & Precinct Properties Investments Limited (“PCT”) – Share Consolidation Message: On Friday, 30 October 2026, Precinct Properties NZ & Precinct Properties Investments Limited (“PCT”) announced that it will undertake a share consolidation. Shareholdings will be consolidated at a ratio of 16 PCT stapled securities for every 17 PCT stapled securities held at 5pm on the Record Date of Friday, 6 November 2026. For the share consolidation to be processed, PCT stapled securities will be halted from pre-market open on the Ex Date, Thursday, 5 November 2026. On Monday, 9 November 2026, trading will resume in PCT stapled securities. A timetable of events is attached.
