Kiwibank Limited Board updates Kiwibank Limited (Kiwibank) announces the following updates to its Board. Kiwibank Director retirement Kate Jorgensen has retired from her position as an Independent Director of Kiwibank, effective from 5.00pm 6 November 2026. Kiwibank Chair, Susan Peterson, thanked Kate Jorgensen for her contribution to Kiwibank. “On behalf of all of our kaimahi, I would like to thank Kate for all that she has contributed to the success of Kiwibank over many years. Kate has brought valuable experience and perspective to both our Board and Audit and Risk Committee, and her commitment to our purpose of 'Kiwi making kiwi better off' has been inspiring. We wish Kate all the very best for the future.” Kiwibank Director reappointment Kevin Malloy has been reappointed as an Independent Director of Kiwibank for a further term, effective from the current term expiry date of 28 November 2026 to 31 March 2027. Kevin Malloy has been a Director of Kiwibank since November 2016.
