27 September 2017 NZX Restaurant Brands Confirms ASX Foreign Exempt Listing Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (NZX: RBD) is pleased to advise that the company will be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with effect from 27 September 2017. RBD will be admitted to the official list of ASX as a foreign exempt entity, with the official quotation of Restaurant Brands' securities to commence at 11:00 am (Sydney time) on Thursday, 28 September under the ASX code of RBD. Chairman Ted van Arkel says that he expects the ASX listing to increase investor awareness in Australia where Restaurant Brands already has a significant trading presence through its major KFC franchise in New South Wales.
