FOREIGN & COLONIAL INVESTMENT TRUST PLC LEI: 213800W6B18ZHTNG7371 THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2017 The Directors of the Company have resolved that the third interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2017 will be a payment of 2.70 pence per ordinary share, which compares with a 2.45 pence per share third interim dividend this time last year. The dividend will be paid on 1 February 2018 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 5 January 2018. Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the election date will be 11 January 2018.
