17 April 2018 NZX/ASX 2018 ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (RBD) will hold its next Annual Meeting of shareholders on Thursday 21 June 2018 at the James Cook Grand Chancellor Hotel, 147 The Terrace, Wellington commencing at 11.00am. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting in due course. For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.5, RBD advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 17 April 2018 and that the closing date for nominations for directors is Monday 7 May 2018 (Closing Date). All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on the Closing Date.
