20 June 2018 NZX ASX Dividend Reinvestment Plan Price The price at which shares will be allotted under the Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (RBD) Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) for the 2018 final dividend is NZ$7.77. The price was set based on the arithmetic mean of the daily volume weighted average sale price (rounded to the nearest cent) of all RBD shares sold during trading hours on the NZX Main Board over a period of seven trading days commencing on 6 June 2018, less a discount of 1.5%. 25.5% of shares participated in the DRP. A total of 751,180 shares will be issued to participating shareholders on 22 June 2018. The final dividend of NZ$0.18 per share will be paid on 22 June 2018.
