4 March 2019 DLF Seeds A/S confirms South American regulatory condition Danish farmer owned co-operative, DLF Seeds has confirmed that the condition precedent relating to South American regulatory requirements has been satisfied. The transaction for the sale of PGG Wrightson Seeds Holdings Limited (PGW Seeds) now only remains conditional upon DLF Seeds obtaining the approval of the New Zealand Overseas Investment Office (OIO). PGG Wrightson Deputy Chair, Trevor Burt said that "this was another step toward the consummation of the transaction and we are optimistic that the OIO approval will be forthcoming to enable the settlement of the sale of PGW Seeds to DLF Seeds."
