The final dividend is scheduled for payment in May 2019 subject to shareholder approval. The Directors of the Company have therefore resolved that a final dividend of 2.80 pence per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ended 31 December 2018 on 8 May 2019 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 5 April 2019.
