7 May 2019 NZX/ASX 2019 ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (RBD) will hold its next Annual Meeting of shareholders on Wednesday 10 July 2019 at the Cole Theatre, Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre, 58 Waipuna Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland at 11.00am. For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 3.3.5, RBD advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, Tuesday 7 May 2019 and that the closing date for nominations for directors is Monday 27 May 2019 (Closing Date). All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on the Closing Date.
