21 June 2019 NZX Market Announcement Migration Announcement Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (TSXV: NZP and NZAX: CRP) advises that it intends to migrate its listing from the NZAX market to the NZX Main Board. CRP's last day of listing on the NZAX market will be 28 June 2019. CRP anticipates that its ordinary shares will commence trading on the NZX Main Board at 10 am on 28 June 2019. From its migration date, CRP will be an NZX Foreign Exempt Issuer under the NZX Listing Rules dated 1 January 2019 and is exempt from complying with most of NZX's listing rules as it will be subject to the listing rules of its home exchange, the Toronto Venture Exchange (the TSX.V).
