The venue will be South Port's Board Room, Island Harbour, Bluff. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, South Port advises that the opening date for nominations of Directors is 29 July 2019 and the closing date is 9 September 2019. All nominations must be received by 4:00 pm on the closing date.
