Change of Balance Date

30 October 2019 NZX ASX Change of Balance Date Following the recent acquisition of a controlling interest in Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (Company) by the Finaccess Group (Finaccess), the Board of the Company has approved the change of annual balance date for Company and its subsidiaries (the Group) from February to December. This change will be effective from 31 December 2019 and is being made to align the Group with the balance date of Finaccess. Accordingly, the Group will now: o release the customary third quarter sales announcement on or about 12 December 2019; and o prepare financial statements for the current financial year (being the period 26 February 2019 to 31 December 2019) and announce these results in February 2020. Given the short period of time between the third quarter sales announcement and the new financial year end, no fourth quarter sales announcement will be made for the current financial year.
